چکیده
Human immunodeficiency virus type 1 (HIV-1) from the retrovirus family can trigger opportunistic diseases of immune system or AIDS. In these conditions fails due to infection with bacteria, protozoa, fungi, and other viruses. HIV-1 has several enzymes consisting reverse transcriptase (RT), integrase (INT), & protease (PR), all which play an important role in replication process. Reverse plays a formation cDNA stages lysyl tRNA having binding site, RT then adds nucleotide synthesize non-coding U5 R (repeat) region viral RNA. activity crucial is very likely be target drug design. This study aims reveal molecular mechanism compounds Moringa oleifera antiviral for through bioinformatics approach. Kaempferitrin β-sitosterol are predicted agents. Both produce more negative affinity weak bond interactions. indicates stability interaction that triggers inhibitory activity.

Conformational changes in HIV-1 reverse transcriptase induced by nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor binding.
Nonnucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NNRTI) are a group of small hydrophobic compounds with diverse structures that specifically inhibit HIV-1 reverse transcriptase (RT). NNRTIs interact with HIV-1 RT by binding to a single site on the p66 subunit of the p66/p51 heterodimeric enzyme, termed the NNRTI-binding pocket (NNRTI-BP). This binding interaction results in both short-range and ...

HIV-1 (Human immunodeficiency virus type 1) is a member of retrovirus family that could infect human and causing AIDS disease. AIDS epidemic is one of most destructive diseases in modern era. There were more than 33 million people infected by HIV until 2010. Various studies have been widely employed to design drugs that target the essential enzymes of HIV-1 that is, reverse transcriptase, prote...
متن کاملIdentification of mechanistically distinct inhibitors of HIV-1 reverse transcriptase through fragment screening.
Fragment-based screening methods can be used to discover novel active site or allosteric inhibitors for therapeutic intervention. Using saturation transfer difference (STD) NMR and in vitro activity assays, we have identified fragment-sized inhibitors of HIV-1 reverse transcriptase (RT) with distinct chemical scaffolds and mechanisms compared to nonnucleoside RT inhibitors (NNRTIs) and nucleosi...

Moringa Oleifera (MO), a plant from the family Moringacea is a major crop in Asia and Africa. MO has been studied for its health properties, attributed to the numerous bioactive components, including vitamins, phenolic acids, flavonoids, isothiocyanates, tannins and saponins, which are present in significant amounts in various components of the plant. Moringa Oleifera leaves are the most widely...

scarcely pharmaceutical applications. Recent investigations state its utility in dissolution enhancement of poorly soluble drugs, amorphous state stabilization and extended drug release. To broaden the applications of MC as a pharmaceutical excipient, need has been felt to test its antigenicity owing to its proteinic nature. In silico antigenicity screening has been carried out to enable its us...
